After finishing my studies I was running a News Paper Agency. People used to come to me for small favours like making a ration card, seeking a child’s admission in school, opening an account in the bank etc. Most of them were semi literate, so I used to run errands for them. I considered this as a social service and be proud of this.
But a time came when I was in dire straits and needed all the help I can, but these very same people turned their backs on me. Nobody, not even one of them, whom I helped, came forward to help me but they neglected me afterwards.
I studied in Andhra Education Society’s High School, Wadala. Recently when Mr.Kalyani approached me for his daughter’s admission in my school, I personally approached the principal and saw that she got admission without any donation. Yet this same man, when I asked him to be my guarantee in the bank for mere Rs.25, 000/- he stopped meeting me!
Mr.Pandu approached me to help him get his new ration card. I met the area
Corporator, took his letter of recommendation, went to ration office and saw that he get his ration card without any hassles. Later on he too refused to be my guarantee!

What I mean is it is not compulsory that you must return help for what others do to you, but at least as a human see that others too should get help wherever it is necessary.
